#WildYourSmoothie with a tropical twist
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
- Simply add the banana, wild blueberries, pineapple, coconut flakes, flaxseed, cottage cheese, and coconut milk in to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- For a thicker consistency, add ice. For a thinner consistency, add water.
- Top with additional wild blueberries, coconut, or pineapple.
