Never have enough time in the morning to make breakfast? Make these overnight oats the night before for a wholesome breakfast you can enjoy in the morning.
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup plain kefir
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- [optional] Toppings: fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut, unsalted nuts
Instructions
- Simple stir all ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning add toppings and enjoy chilled.
