  • 1 prickly pear, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions
